Definitions & Partnership Eligibility
By submitting an application through the Supplier Registration Portal, the applicant represents and warrants that they are a duly registered corporate entity or licensed service provider under the laws of their respective jurisdiction.
- "Company / DMC LAT" refers to PT Langit Alam Travel and its designated operating subsidiaries.
- "Supplier" refers to hotels, transport operators, excursion providers, and ground handling agents contracting with DMC LAT.
- "Supplier Portal" refers to the authenticated web application designated for rate submissions, allotment maintenance, and booking reconciliation.
Know-Your-Business (KYB) & Verification
All supplier registrations are subject to rigorous verification by the DMC LAT Operations & Contracting team. Registration submission does not automatically grant portal access or active status.
Mandatory Documentation Notice:
Suppliers may be requested to present valid tourism permits, tax identification numbers (NPWP / TIN), liability insurance policies, and commercial banking proofs prior to contract finalization.
Contracted Rates, Parity & Allotment Integrity
Suppliers agree to provide confidential wholesale (B2B) net contracted rates that are strictly non-public and competitive with prevailing market rates.
- Rates submitted via the Supplier Portal must include all mandatory statutory taxes, service fees, and gratuities unless explicitly specified otherwise.
- Confirmed allocations and guaranteed allotments cannot be unilaterally withdrawn during designated release or blackout windows.
- Any changes in seasonal rates or contract terms require minimum 30 (thirty) calendar days prior written notice.
Booking Confirmation, Vouchers & Fulfillment
Upon issuance of an official Electronic Voucher by DMC LAT, the Supplier is contractually bound to honor the reservation for the designated guests, pax counts, and itinerary specifications without compromise in service standards.
In the event of overbooking, involuntary relocation, or supplier-caused service failure, the Supplier is obligated to arrange equivalent or superior alternative accommodation/transport at no additional expense to the client or DMC LAT.
Invoicing, Credit Terms & Settlements
Billing and payment cycles follow standard commercial agreements stipulated in individual Supplier Contracts (e.g., Prepayment, Net 14, Net 30). Tax invoices must accurately reference the DMC LAT Purchase Order / Booking Reference.
Confidentiality & Personal Data Protection
Both parties agree to treat all business information, negotiated wholesale tariffs, itineraries, and guest personally identifiable information (PII) as strictly confidential in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws (including EU GDPR and Indonesian PDP Law).
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be settled amicably through consultation, failing which it shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in South Jakarta.
Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By ticking the "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox on the Supplier Registration form, you confirm that your company has reviewed, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.
